Who We Are

NR2 Archi Design is a private company offering a wide range of Project Management in ‘Design & Build’ consultancy services such as designing plans and handling them to the authorities. The company was founded in 2021 by Tc. Noor Remmy Bin Ramli, the company's own directors. Earlier, the NR2 Archi Design had been operating on freelance at studio home only but had some problems and had to move to Office on No. 24-1, Jalan Susur Masai Lama 1, Taman Saujana, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor the last place the company was operating.

           NR2 Archi Design has received the trust of Clients and Professional Consultants to handle the projects, as well as meet the specific requirements of each project and Client. NR2 Archi Design also uses AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion & Photoshop software in drawing plan to make the work more detailed and neat. NR2 Archi Design also uses the registered services of the Malaysian Building Planner for all applications to be submitted in Johor.

           NR2 Archi Design has been involved in a number of projects such as the extension of house parts (additional modifications), submission of new plans and designing temporary structures (permits). All drawings are made in accordance with the Uniform Building Law of Malaysia (UBBL) with guideline registered LAM, Sabirin Rosli Architect(Collaboration). In addition, NR2 Archi Design has also been involved in submitting plans to the City Council of Johor namely Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru (MBJB), Majlis Bandaraya Iskandar Puteri (MBIP), Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang (MBPG) and Majlis Perbandaran Kulai (MPKu).

After approval from local authorities PBT, NR2 Archi Design has goes planning to develope the project base on the approval Technical drawings data to build Construction from beginning until finish (CCC). This is our speciality & trademark on development project services, to bring all the projects from planning sketches into reality.
